We can also carry out remote diagnostics of all our systems from our office. Very often we can sort your problem out with out the need to send a technician to site. A 24 Hour Manned Service Line is available 365 days per year enabling you call an engineer in an emergency.
You can rest assured and be confident with the advanced state of art technology used within our alarm systems. We install BT Redcare & Redcare GSM, CSL DualCom GPRS, the Galaxy, Pyronix (Castlecare) and Menvier range of control panels both supported by remote diagnostics. Our systems comply with Confirmed Alarms DD243:2004 & EN50131.

Insurers will usually insist you use a NACOSS Gold approved company as they meet the Association of British Insurers (ABI) requirements. Sonic Security Services Limited NACOSS Gold certification number is NAC/G/762. Our surveyor will also liaise on your behalf with your Insurance assessor to make sure that your alarm system complies to your Insurers requirements. We will also supply a Security Risk Assessment survey for both Customer and Insurer.
