From £36,000 per year, depending on experience, plus overtime, performance bonuses and call-out allowance. Company van provided.

Sonic Security Services Ltd is an established NSI Gold-approved security company based in Kettering. We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join our team in a full-time, permanent role covering Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

You’ll install, commission, service and fault-find intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems, working independently and providing a professional service to our commercial customers.

You’ll need:

• At least two years’ hands-on electronic security industry experience.
• Strong intruder alarm installation, servicing and fault-finding skills, plus practical CCTV and access control experience.
• A full UK driving licence, good communication skills and the ability to complete technical documentation accurately.

Fire alarm experience and IPAF certification would be advantageous.

Our package includes a company van, pension, manufacturer training, 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, and an additional day off for your birthday.

Participation in the call-out rota and occasional working away with advance notice are required. Employment is subject to satisfactory industry screening and vetting.
